How practise I add my ain fonts to a theme
All Hole-and-corner themes utilize Shopifys font picker which offers a wide range of fonts to select from. For a full list of those fonts delight encounter the Shopify documentation.
From the thousands of tertiary-party fonts that exist it would not be possible for theme developers to pre-install those knowing what each merchant might need. Adding a font requires an understanding of code and how to debug bug that ascend should something become wrong.

Purchase the webfont version of your font. The font files must include at least the WOFF and WOFF2 file types (TTF or OTF are not a webfont file types).

Step two
From your Shopify Admin go to Online Store > Themes > next to the theme you desire to edit click Actions > Edit Code. In the sidebar choose Assets > stylesheet.css.liquid. Scroll to the bottom of the file and paste the following code…
Replace NAME OF FONT with the name of your font and Proper name OF THE FONT FILE with the exact proper name (casesensitve with hyphens) of the font file on your calculator.

Go to the Avails binder and click Add a new nugget. Upload each version of the font file 1 by one.

Now that the font is installed, using code we demand to tell the theme what headings or text will use our new font. In a new browser tab become to your website and find the heading or text y'all want in this font, in this example it is a heading. Right click on the words and select Inspect.
A window will popup showing you lot the code of the site. Look in the right hand column for the CSS code that is styling your heading. In the example in a higher place yous will see on the left, highlighted in grey, the heading is an <h2> and on the right the CSS belongings selector for the heading is .department-title.lines h2. Click the belongings name (circled in a higher place) and re-create the text.
Become back to the browser tab with the theme code editor and open the stylesheet.css.liquid file again. Select the words that say "your CSS selector here" and paste what you have already copied. Then replace "NAME OF YOUR FONT" with the proper noun you used before.
Relieve your changes, refresh your website and take a look at your custom font.
